How to get the publication URL after uploading the video to the azure media service?

Question

I can upload videos to the Windows Azure Media Service using the HTTP HTTP API. but after downloading, I can’t get the url to run this downloaded video in my browser. but the video starts after manually publishing in the azure port for this video. therefore, how can I load the downloaded video ad URL by the stop API (without the multimedia service SDK) after uploading to the multimedia service.

======= I get a multiple url. from which I have to choose the perfect one. when I publish, then I will get one URL in the azure portal for this particular video. but when my download and encoding are done. I get multiple URLs.

To get the URL for a published video, you need to create something called Locator in Media Services terminology. You will need to create a locator for the asset containing the published video. To create a locator, you first need to create an Access Policy permission with Read ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/hh974297.aspx#create_an_accesspolicy ). After creating this access policy, you will create a locator ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/hh974308.aspx#create_a_locator ).
