CSS error in IE 10

Question

I have a CSS level 2 drop-down menu that works fine in FireFox, Chrome, and IE (up to 10). In IE 10, dropdowns do not work. I tried both standard and quirks mode, and it just flat does not work in IE 10. I parsed the menu and I just can’t understand what is missing here.

The site is in http://www.cmftexas.org mode, and this menu is the top black / black bar on each page.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like you can update the transmenu plugin.
