Dropdown menu hidden behind div

Question

I am trying to create a drop down menu and it is not. My submenu is hidden behind my wrapper / page / content. I tried to set z-index for different elements, also tried to give my menu and submenu, giving:

z-index: 999999; 

But nothing works.

Can you guys help?

remove overflow:hidden; from the header id, it will solve your problem.

Try selecting the 2 jquery plugin. it works with overflow: hidden
