Avoid Overlapping Labeling Icons

Question

I use python igraph and many of my graphs are built with intrusive overlapping labels. I found in this thread the rpackage solution ( Clustering with nominal data in R ), but this is for the R Package. Here is an example of what I get. The python documentation does not mention how to fix this problem. Appreciate any insight.
