How to make custom labels outside of the calibration chart

The calibration graph is great!

I am looking for a way to mark only 2 points outside the calibration chart. The first point is that the calibration value (for example, $ 80,000), and the second is the industry standard (say, $ 90,000) at a level that ranges from $ 0 to $ 100,000. The needle will indicate $ 80,000, and $ 90,000 will also be in the appropriate position on the arc.

Please let me know what you recommend.

I created jsfiddle with everything except the two shortcuts we are hoping for.

$('#container').highcharts({ chart: { type: 'gauge',

If I understand you correctly, you want two marks outside the caliber at the corresponding points. This can be done using the yAxis label yAxis :

  yAxis: { labels: { enabled: true, x: 35, y: -10 // move them to the outside }, tickPositions: [80, 90], // only draw them at 80, 980 minorTickLength: 0, min: 0, max: 100, //etc...

Fiddle is here .
