Multittasking Shows a black screen for the application "UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend is TRUE"

Question

I am creating an application that comes out in the background. I set the UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend flag to TRUE.

My application screen appears as a black screen in the multitasking tray / application switcher until it appears in the foreground.

Is there a way to show the start graphic / splash screen when the application is in the background during the multitask tray / switch application?

Can someone please let me know how to show the schedule of launching my application during multitasking.
