Log4j appenders to enter S3

Question

I would like to keep the logs when creating, updating, terminating the Ec2 instance in external storage, such as S3. if possible, what is a protocol? In the case of Auto_Scaling, can we track instances? how to find which car was created, in which region and in everything? can we use the synchronized / asynchronized log4j appenders for this?

Have you tried this? S3Appender is a log4net application that stores log events in MemoryStream or FileStream and sends them to S3 based on time slots and size thresholds. http://s3appender.codeplex.com/

I found this S3Appender project , but have not yet had the opportunity to try it.
