Download module 3.0 Navbar Center

Question

Im in the middle of porting my Bootstrap 2.3.2 project form to Bootstrap 3.

I can’t center the navigation links as I did before. I used this method earlier: the brand of the download center and the list of elements , but it does not work for my new navigator.

Below is a jsfiddle direclty link using one example bootstrap (with a sticky footer and navigation bar)

Can someone please help me focus these links?
