Scroll bar in grid column data using extjs 3

Question

I use extjs3 and PHP to develop the application and its user structure. I have grids for recording records from any particular table. But if any column / field in the grid has a rather large ex text: field "notes" with text like "my name is xyz and I am from abc. My DOB is bla bla bla", then in this case it appears as "mine name ... ", and to see the rest of the text, I need to stretch this column, and it is very annoying. That is why I was thinking about adding a scrollbar to this field in the grid. Please let me know if you have alternative solutions for this case or how to use the scroll bar here. These are ExtJs 3.4 and PHP.
