How to specify TK domain in heroku app?

I am noob. I set the tk domain here http://dot.tk/ I would like to point to myapp.herokuapp.com. How can i do this?

I can’t figure out which record to add, ARecod, Cname, MX record? What do I put in the HOST and IP fields? I keep getting "invalid data". Should I choose a TK domain service or a custom domain service?

In heroic I typed

heroku domains:add myapp.tk

Now what should I do? Please, I am not looking for an explanation of how domain forwarding works. I am sure that this is a network expert, you can study it for hours. I just need to know how to provide my application with the tk domain. Thanks

These are the panels that I see.

UPDATE

I managed to do this with CNAME HOST = www.myapp.tk and IP = www.myapp.herokuapp.com, but after 30 minutes they both stopped working and gave a 404 error !? Is the hero blocking .tk domains?

UPDATE2:

I registered another tok domain name. Www.myapp2.tk works, but myapp2.tk does not work. My elder www.myapp.tk and myapp.tk still give a 404 error. Does anyone know how to fix this? I executed the following heroku commands:

 heroku domains:add myapp.tk heroku domains:add www.myapp.tk heroku domains:add myapp2.tk heroku domains:add www.myapp2.tk

  • In the "cname entry": host: www.myapp.tk ip-addres: herokuapp.com .

  • ping - a herokuapp.com in cmd and get ip, for example. herokuapp.com [174.129.22.189]

  • add a-record host: myapp.tk ip-addres: 174.129.22.189 .

I couldn't get CNAME to work, but everything seems to be configured with the following settings (I ping herokuapp.com to get its IP address):

my dot tk settings

NOTE: Validation on this page is quite successful. As soon as he informs you that you entered the field in the field incorrectly, it’s smarter just to close the page and try again to enter the fields. I think that checking them out is really doing something.

After adding this entry. Make sure they are included in the domain list of the heroku application:

Heroku has dynamic IP addresses, you cannot ping to get an IP address and just set it; may not work in other cases. See Answers here: How to specify a TK domain in a heroku application? for the right decisions.
