Appendine 403 application cloud endpoints

My detailed link anchor site endpoints. It works fine locally, but remotely I get 403 in the client:

GET http://mailmanagerplus.appspot.com/_ah/api/discovery/v1/apis/agreement/v1/rpc?fields=methods%2F *% 2Fid & pp = 0 403 (Forbidden) rs = AItRSTOc4KBtnc5SIOEaPiMWPOclVYHsqYhs

Everyone seems to have successfully deployed the search logs. I am not currently using authentication.

Any direction would be helpful as I am very new to this.

you need to switch to the https protocol if you want to use the client endpoint library during production.
