Resize embedded images in joomla 3.0

Question

I want to resize inline images, as for the size of thumbnails when loading in joomla 3

can someone suggest me any idea or a suitable plugin? I used smartresizer, but it does not work.

Maybe this answer is late, but, of course, it might come in handy for someone, I used this plugin and it works out of the box, it has parameters for setting dimensions for intromotion or full image

On my joomla sites, I always use the dropzone module, which uploads and resizes images on the fly ... it’s useful to create inserts and full-screen images in one shot (and works with multiple photos).
