It was a decision.
I got Android dev kit - http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
From there, I used this video to get KeyTool: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IaXE2FUENFI
From there, I can create a KeyStore. Make sure that you save the alias and password record (I wrote them down and did not store them on any electronic device) and the location of the key store.
When you work in PhoneGap Build and you pull out files from GitHub (thatβs how I do it) after the build is complete, you will see a drop-down list. Select "add key" and load the keystore.
Note. The keystore is usually locked. You must unlock it in order to build with it. It only remains unlocked for one hour.
Now you will create a PhoneGap Build apk application with -release instead of the usual -debug.
Now it is ready for download on Google Play!
