Ansicon crashes my ruby ​​Windows 8

I am testing cucumbers to try to establish ansicon to make life easier. I am running 64-bit Windows 8 and I have tried the following:

ansicon.exe -i ansicon.exe -p 

even novice ancicon from the shortcut, but every time I run calabash-android my ruby ​​(1.9.3) crashes ... any ideas why?

I had a similar problem with rspec.
