Ruby on Rails "Template Missing" Error

I get the following error:

Missing template

There is no administrator / template settings using {: formats => [: html],: locale => [: en ,: en] ,: handlers => [: rxml ,: erb ,: builder ,: rjs ,: rhtml]} in the view path "C: / Users / Me / Desktop / Application / app / views"

But everything seems to be in place. I made sure that the properties allow each user to have full access to this file for troubleshooting, but still not. What am I missing here?

The name of your template file should be "settings.html.erb". You are missing the "e" in the file extension.

Pay attention to the part of the error that says :handlers=>[:rxml, :erb, :builder, :rjs, :rhtml] . The file extension of your view should be one of them for the template being processed.
