How to find the corresponding key from an array with regular expression

Question

When I print a Joomla session, I get the output of the array as shown below. Now I want to find compare_session , and all mtaching with this key needs to be stored separately with a comma. I will not use an array of forms with duplicate keys.

I need the output as follows:
