DevExpress' Tape: how to disable and hide the "Full Screen Button"

Question

Windows 7 SP1 (x86) + Delphi XE2 + DevExpress 2013.1.2 (VCL) + TdxBarManager + skin "Office2013White".

How to disable and hide the "Full Screen Button" in development mode and / or execution mode (screenshot with button):

I tried to find it in resources (.pas), and then tried to edit the dxSkinEditor skin (.skinres), but could not.
