How to create tiles on the start screen in Win8 automatically?

I am trying to create a win8 application and I want to create a tile on the start screen automatically after the user installs it.

I did a few searches, but they all talked about how to make a tile, but I want it to appear on the start screen, and not on the Applications screen.

Can someone help and tell me how to do this or give me useful information?

In Windows 8, all applications will automatically create a tile for them in the Start menu during installation; You do not need to take any additional steps to do this.

In Windows 8.1, this behavior changes, and new installed applications are NOT automatically added to the user's Start menu (they will be added to the Services list). In Windows 8.1, the user must explicitly go to the list of applications and add applications to their Start menu. I found a quick video of this here .
