Graphs not displayed in Crystal Reports Viewer in WebForm

After several days of fighting, I finally have a viewer showing the icons and buttons on it, and I’m showing the report well. However, as soon as it comes to the chart, all it shows is the border, and this little icon that shows that the image is supposed to be. Checking the URL of the image and trying to show that the image on its tab gives little success.

What can I see or do so that my charts display correctly?

Found this answer on the SAP forum related to a similar problem:

Since your dynamic image is fine, it is most likely sscsdk80.dll (our graphics engine), which is the problem. You will find this in the recycle bin or win32_x86 with the rest of your Crystal Reports DLLs. This must be registered in regsvr32.dll, as it is a COM DLL. Try registering it to see if it helps.

If not, use Process Monitor to view your system. Filter the results for your application (probably w3wp.exe because it is a web application). then show only the results for the process and flow. You will want to look at Load Image entries and find material that never loads successfully - eg. Sscsdk80.dll.

Have you tried assigning permissions to the NETWORK SERVICE account entry on C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\dynamic_images ?

is this line present in your web.config ?
