Unfortunately, you do not have permission to download this .message application when downloading the application on Windows Phone

I downloaded the beta version of my application in the app store for Windows 8. Now I got one link from the app store when I click this link from my nokia lumia 520 in India, which successfully downloaded it.

But when I forward this link to my friend in Africa and they click on the link and it gives a message like "Sorry, you do not have permission to download this .message application"

You need to provide access for each beta user individually. You will need to add the whitelist of your Microsoft account (formerly Windows Live ID).
