Can I rename an iOS application in only one language?

I have an iOS application that is used internationally. This application supports push notifications.

The application is used internationally. however, recent legal problems are forcing me to change my name in the USA. I do not want to change my name globally, just US

What is the minimum set of actions I can take to get there as quickly as possible?

Is it possible to change the application name and its user interface only for a specific locale? (RUS-US) Do I really have to deploy a new application along with the old? Note. I have to keep the "British" language with the old user interface, but I have to rename the application name and change its user interface only for US

Is it possible? or will I be forced to deploy a new US-only app?

thanks

Yes, CFBundleDisplayName and CFBundleName localizable . You need to add your localizations to the InfoPlist.strings file and add certain localizations there.
