Download untrusted certifcate in Chrome (Mac)

I have this site that contains an untrusted certificate (self-signed). Now I want to download this certificate. But, for example, in Chrome, you can Continue or return (without loading). I am on a Mac, so I checked the Keychain access tool, but it contains a lot. First of all, I don’t know if there should be a certificate here, and secondly, I really don’t know what it looks like. For example, the URL https://example.com:8181/myApp Any suggestions for finding a certificate?

UPDATE: I just noticed that in Chrome you can click on the lock icon to the right of the URL. It shows some certificate information, but there is still no way to download :(

It turned out that the way to use is to use the lock icon next to the url. You can drag the certificate icon, for example, to the desktop. It explains here .

openssl s_client -connect {HOSTNAME}:{PORT} </dev/null 2>/dev/null|openssl x509 -outform PEM >mycertfile.pem

... explained here.
