Why is CSS resize` property inherited in Chrome?

Question

I thought that the elements do not inherit the resize property from their parents, but I just saw what they do on Chromium:

I searched for him on MDN and he says "Inherited: no"

Then I searched him on w3c and he also says "Inherited: no".

Why is he inherited from Chromium then?

Should I use ...

 * { resize: none; } 

... at the top of the document from now on?

Note : I am using Chromium 30.0.1592.0 (216775)

Yes, this is a known bug that was reported on February 7, 2013.
