How to use auto-completion of CSS classes in WebStorm for CSS files imported from CDN like this?

Only files located under your project root are used to complete / navigate / count errors. WebStorm does not use online resources for type resolution. So you need to download css and link to it using a relative url to complete the shutdown work

It's impossible. Only local css files automatically exit. Feel free to request this feature in your tray: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues
