Tooltip for tray icon does not work on Windows using node -webkit

Question

I can see that the tooltips were addressed on the Win platform in the latest version (0.6.3) from node-webkit, but my problem relates specifically to the tooltip attribute (text), which can be assigned to the gui.Tray element, which (on Windows platforms) should appear when the icon hangs in the system tray. This does not seem to work on either Windows XP or Windows 7. Is this a known issue?

UPDATE: I believe that hint assignment after creation works. Only when a tooltip is included in the options box during creation where it fails.
