Android Phonegap "Webpage Unavailable" setting when server shuts down

Question

When the server is turned off or the web link is unavailable, the Android system uses the page with the error message: "The web page is unavailable"

This page is not very pretty. Can I customize this page?

This is not a connectivity issue. You may have an internet connection and your server. In this case, I need to find a solution to hide this page.

Does anyone know how I can do this?
