Apple Developer Website Exclusion - Alternatives for Submitting an Application

I'm going to travel abroad and I would like to present my application for viewing today, because I really do not want to bring my laptop with me (although it seems that I may have to), It is very important that I release the application before how I’ll be back (mid-August) due to a sudden desire for educational applications. The application is ready, but my distribution profile has expired. With the dev website now, what are my options for submitting the application?

Can I send an application without a distribution profile? Is there any other way to export an Xcode assembly that I can “attach” to my profile later? Or do I just have to wait until they return the site again and send it from India?

You're in the same boat as me. We are pretty much helpless until she gets back alive. It is impossible to send without a profile and cannot create it.

If your distribution profile expired during their downtime, I’m sure, based on recent reports, that they extend these dates until they return to the network, so if this is true, you should be able to file because iTunes is connecting and working.
