"Fortinet SSL-VPN Client is not installed on your computer" when using Firefox 22+ to access FortiGate

I have a FortiGate client installed and it is not disconnected. It worked until I upgraded Firefox to version 22. How do I get this to work with the new version?

This is a known bug related to the Firefox problem. SSl vpn client plugin will not work if you use a version of Firefox higher than 20 Link to error identifier (0211153). The intent workaround at this time would be to load the standalone sll vpn client. See the link below to download standalone ssl vpn or revert to a previous version (e.g. 21)
