Incorrect offset on the tabs of the action bar in the Sherlock action bar

Question

I have added several tabs using ActionBarSherlock. On all devices, it works correctly, except for one - Motorola devices with 2.2.3, when I have more tabs to display than can fit on the screen.

Here's what the tabs look like when scrolling to the far left:

And here is what it looks like when scrolling to the far right:

What am I doing wrong that causes extra left indentation and not right enough?

Has anyone seen this before? Is this a platform bug?

I already answered a similar question here . Actually, there is an error in the native action bar, which does not care about the size of the delimiters when measuring the container of the tab bar. So be sure to disable the delimiters in the ActionBar using showDivider none, as shown in my original answer
