SSRS and AD Groups

Question

I was asked to create an AD security group that can be used in SSRS to receive reports. There are currently other AD groups that work, but the one I created does not allow users to connect. Creating AD groups is not very difficult, and I know that it is configured correctly. Does anyone know why the group is not working? I don't know SSRS or SQL at all, so any help would be appreciated.

You must assign this AD group to the SSRS role in SSRS Manager.
