No Java based IDE?

Is there a Java PHP IDE IDE that offers the features offered by Eclipse or netBeans?

Not sure if Eclipse from NetBeans has the features, but there are definitely a lot of ideas other than Java that are very good.

Personally, I use phpDesigner 8, which you can find here: http://www.mpsoftware.dk/

It is not free, but actively supported, well supported and fully functional.

I assume you want a free open source application? If not, there are many commercial IDEs - Adobe Dreamweaver, for example, or you can check out this list of PHP Editors
