One of my users has a Samsung Galaxy S3 with JellyBean.
I tried to instruct him to send me an error report, but apparently this option does not exist on his device. Normal power + volume + volume does not work. In the "Developer Options" there is no possibility for this. The device starts JB, so third-party logcat applications do not work.
I prefer not to code or use the error reporting library in my application, so that Galaxy S3 can send an error report ... Anything I missed? Any third-party application that calls the "Report a bug" function?
