Retrieving Remaining Transactions from the Bing Web Search API

I am working on a Windows Form that uses the Bing Web Search API, and I would like to display the remaining transactions that I left for a month. What would be the best way to do this? Should I use WebRequest for this, and if so, how?

As I know, there is no such API. You can view the remaining transaction from the Account page from the Marketplace. Log in and click "My Account", then select "My Details". You will see all the data that you are subscribed to, and how many quotas are left.
