How to send images, audio, video stream using socket.io?

Question

I have implemented a private chat system and a public room for my site.

I would like to send sending images, audio and video, as well as for the exchange of information in real time between users.

WebRTC is just unavailable for now.

I need help regarding communication (audio, image, video) using node.js and socket.io
