In this case, the status is โcanceledโ usually โmasksโ the response 403, which is associated with the domain list of the Fonts.com project, which is used by our CDN to determine whether the page is allowed to use web fonts.
If updating the page (eventually) corrects it, most likely one or more of the required domains were not included in the list of projects. 403 response is cached when a page in such a domain loads and requests fonts, and if you do not explicitly clear or close the cache, it is used several times on pages where fonts usually work before the browser reconfirms the request.
