Create a screen and lock it

I want to create a custom screen and lock it on the front of AmigaOS4. It is not possible to change the screen using any key combination or otherwise. What would be the best way to do this.

I'm trying to somehow investigate the binding to a keyboard handler and disable Amiga + n or m to run, but have not yet received it.

I suspect you will need to turn off screen drag and drop to completely prevent the screen from changing.
