I want to try MARRS86 , which is an accurate loop simulator for x86 multi-core platforms. He uses QEMU . So I was wondering if I can use this simulator inside VMWare or VirtualBox. In other words, has anyone tried to run QEMU inside VMWare or VirtualBox?
qemu is just software like the other (until you play with KVM), you can run it in the simulator without any problems.
