Qt 4 On Ubuntu 13.04

Question

I seem to have found the "qt 4 sdk" installer for ubuntu 13.04. I need one that installs and allows me to create the qt creator, which you will get through the software center to discover qt-based projects 4 and 5. Has anyone found any of the ready made solutions for this. Or are there instructions on how to get qtcreator ubuntu 13.04 version to recognize qt 4 projects?

apt-cache search libqt4 

This should give you a list of all the packages needed to get Qt 4 libs.
Must include:

 libqt4-dev libqt4-core libqt4-gui ...etc
