Can I manage other physical devices via USB?

Question

I want to control a physical device that is connected to my Android phone via USB. Here, a physical device means any device (such as a camera, computer, etc.) that can be connected to my Android device via USB. I want to control this device from my phone. Is it possible?

Yes it is possible. If you can control the RS232 to USB converter, like the PL2303 (the usual ones you get on the market), then you can do many things. run adb_win http://smart-dog.appspot.com/download/ADB_WIN.zip and connect to it using the tightvnc viewer. it worked for me
