Using perforce with the core server of the command

Will Team Foundation Server 2008 or the upcoming 2010 work as an SCM tool? I could not find any documentation on the Internet indicating whether this configuration is supported? I apologize if this question was answered elsewhere.

No, this is not a supported configuration. TFS only works with its own version control of TFS.

We want to be able to use team building, laboratory management, test case management, and possibly defect / work management. We are currently not interested in using TFS as a source code repository because we made a large investment in perforce. Perhaps in the future we can move from Perforce to TFS, just not now.
