How to make Android emulator work fast

Question

I am using eclipe IDE to develop android application. But the problem is that the Eclipes emulator starts up very slowly. I am currently in the core i3 system and distributing the emulator on RAM of 1 GB , but still my output appears after a delay of 10 minutes. I am new to android. Help plz

Try using the x86 emulator. Install IntelHaxm.exe first, you have it on Android_SDK_Root \ extras \ intel \ Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager

(if you do not have this file, install Intel Atom x86 System Image from Intel Corporation, as you can see in the tutorial)

This probably won't happen. The emulator is useless.

However, try this , they have an android emulator, and it works incredibly fast. Faster than some actual devices.

If your emulator needs time to start, you must enable the snapshot. Go to AVD Manager (Window-> AVD Manager), edit the emulator and turn on the snapshot. This will speed up the loading of the emulator.
