OpenSource Report Designer to develop a user runtime report?

Question

I need to include report designer in my WPF C # .NET application so that the user can edit and execute reports at run time. A better way would be to use open source. I read some old discussions, but did not find anything useful. Is there any solution right now? Thank you for your advice. Sincerely, Radek
