Cannot find the Identity and Access tab in MVC4 project

I have an annoying problem because I do not find a direct answer online. I need to add some privacy to the website that we are developing for booking in the spotlight. The challenge is to add authentication through Azure Active Directory Access Control so that users can log in with their Facebook, Messenger, or google account. I have already influenced access control on several sites, and so far I have not had any difficulties. Missing tab "Identification and access". I have already uninstalled / reinstalled identifiers and access tools several times without any success. Can anyone understand what might cause this problem? By the way, this is an MVC4 project.

I have found the answer. In order to be able to see and use the identification and access dialog, you need to install the mvc application in the .NET Framework 4.5 project, reload your program, and you will see the “Identification and Access” tab when you right-click on your project.
