Failed to use SSIS SSIS in VS2010 / SQL Server2012

I have a full version of SqlServer 2012 installed on my local computer and have installed SSDT from the installation package (and updates)

Then I opened the visual studio application SSDT and installed the Microsoft SSDT package, which seemed to work correctly.

However, when I try to start the Integration Services project, I get the following error message:

Microsoft Visual Studio cannot load this document: for development Integration Services packages in SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT). SSDT must be installed by one of these editions of SQL Server 2012: Standard. Enterprise Developer or evaluation. To install SSDT, run SQL Server Setup and select SQL Server Data Tools.

Notes:

  • When I run the SQL2012 installer, it says that SSDT is already installed.
  • Other topics through the gogole / stack overflow mentioned that this could happen with 2008 compatibility, or when express versions were previously installed.
  • I am working on a new installation of Windows 7 and without any express products.
  • I uninstalled everything and installed it again twice.
