Setting up a new relic on Heroku PHP

I have a PHP application on Heroku that constantly causes an application error, and the logs say nothing. I can’t be sure, but it seems that an error occurs when 6-8 concurrent users enter the application. To understand this, I thought about installing New Relic Add On, and I tried to follow this document here - https://rpm.newrelic.com/accounts/343400/applications/setup .

Please excuse my limited knowledge, but it seems that the instructions given here should be executed on a real server? How can I run them for my Heroku server? I am using a Windows machine. I installed wget for windows, but then apt, deb?

There are other discussions about this where people mentioned that the new relic is not supported on Heroku, but that is at least a year. And Heroku provides a new relic as a complement.

Can anybody help ...

New Relic does not officially support our Heroku PHP agent. Here is the current list of supported languages:

https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/newrelic#supported-languages-and-frameworks

Installation requires the installation of a PHP extension and a local proxy server, which usually requires more access to the application server. If you have any tips, please share them here - just keep in mind that we cannot support it.

As of September 2014, New Relic PHP support is supported on Heroku using the official Heroku PHP buildpack .

I can not give you an answer to this question, because we are currently testing the phase, so we do not have concurrent users.

If you are using the official php buildpack from Heroku (if you have never heard of buildpack, which you probably know), then it is best to ask them for support, as this may be a mistake on their side. If you use your own buildpack, you can find an example of the Heroku / PHP / Newrelic working collection here:

We did not encounter the same problem with the above buildpack.

Heroku PHP is currently not supported by New Relic. See this SO question for more: Deploying a new relic on Geroku's cedars (PHP)
