How to show the blue arrow in an Android app like Google Maps?

How to get one from the Google Maps application for Android (below the picture) for my own application that contains a map?

Updates

It seems I can achieve my goal using MyLocationOverlay + MapView according to this . However, it is not very clear how to get MyLotionOverlay to work with MapFragment and the Google Maps Android API v2 (which I use) after my searches.

Also, it looks like I can get the blue bubble of the setMyLocationEnabled (true) of the GoogleMap class.
What about the arrow?

Updates

I saw the arrow’s head only once for a long time, and it didn’t react at all to my change of target in my application. Now I am more confused about what is happening. Any ideas anyone?

I currently have:

The blue arrow I want to achieve is as follows:
