Eclipse XSD Content Assist, no annotations?

My XSD is fully documented with <xs:annotation> <xs:documentation> elements, but the only content-support annotation that shows when I hover over the corresponding element is the root element!

Other elements in my file appear in the "Content Support" box, but without ANY of my documentation. What am I missing here? The solutions were highly appreciated.

Try verifying your XSD with the XML Editor from the Eclipse Webtool project. It has source editing with autocompletion, validation and most of the features you need. http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/sse/
