Sharepoint 2013 people search - user faces

Question

I added a new custom property to the user properties repository (Intranet Department). It is attached to a set of terms. For my profiles, I chose one of the conditions for the custom property I created.

I also have a search page with a search box, search results, and a refinement web part. My searches are asking people. In my callout web part, I see my custom property, but when I make my request, the callout does not appear in the callout web part:

So what am I doing wrong here?

I did not work in SharePoint 2013, I am working on SharePoint 2010. I had a similar problem in 2010, I solved the problem by setting the "User Security" in the "VISIBILITY" for "Everything". After that, perform a full indexing of the profiles.
