Parsing a PDB file in C ++. To collect variable names

Can anyone suggest a way to parse PDB files in C ++? I need to access variable names and, in particular, the names of the returned variables. thanks

The actual PDB file format is not documented outside of Microsoft.

Fortunately, there is an excellent supported DLL for reading information from them:
