Add custom button in TinyMCE in Joomla 2.5

Question

I am currently creating a component for Joomla 2.5.

I would like to add a custom button to the TinyMCE editor, but, being in the context of the Joomla component, I cannot add files or code inside the TinyMCE editor plugin ...

Can anyone tell me what I can use for this?

Editor buttons are built as editors-xtd . You can see the readmore button, which is added only in the context of the article.
